The Benefits of Aloe Vera part 2

Hey Guys and Gals! The is the follow up blog post on Aloe Vera. The first post was all about the proteins, fatty acids and amino acids in Aloe Vera. Now its time for the fun part. DIY's and fun ways to use pure aloe Vera. The individual leaf only costs about $1 at most american grocery and organic grocery stores. In other countries the process may be much easier as aloe Vera could be just around the corner beside the nearest bush. Here are some ways to use Aloe Vera.

Products with Amino acids are greats for conditioning hair. Aloe Vera has 20 amino acids. Her is a simple DIY conditioner .

  1. CUT the aloe vera leaf from the stem upward
  2. USE a spoon to remove all the gel
  3. APPLY it to damp hair, starting at the scalp and working your way down to the ends
  4. WRAP your hair in a warm, damp towel and let the treatment sink in for at least 15 minutes
  5. WASH your hair as usual after the treatment

There are also  many products that are sold in stores that claim to be 100% Aloe Vera gel. These products are quite cheap and the biggest bottle may be about $4.00.
